Pakarjudi Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing all users' access to and use of the pakarjudi platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by pakarjudi, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pakarjudi platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.

This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to agree to these terms.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of pakarjudi services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Pakarjudi reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Users who fail to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may face a temporary restriction or account closure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Pakarjudi users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from pakarjudi.
  • Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other users.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise disrupt the platform's security systems.
  • Sharing your account with third parties or allowing anyone else to use your account.
  • Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or offensive.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without compensation, and legal action where warranted.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the pakarjudi platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major local banks listed on the platform. pakarjudi does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are their own and sourced legitimately. Any attempt to deposit illegally obtained funds, or to use a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take one to five business days. pakarjudi reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that exceds a specified limit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are the user's responsibility. Please review the terms of your chosen payment method before proceeding with any transaction.

Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

Limitation of Liability

Pakarjudi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. pakarjudi's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Pakarjudi reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request via our support email. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the required security checks have been completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pakarjudi platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of pakarjudi or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from pakarjudi.

The pakarjudi platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. pakarjudi does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.

Amendments to Terms

Pakarjudi reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
